Administrator Jacob
Jacob was a civil administrator who is best known as the father of General Endicott and the grandfather of Admiral Anthony.
Jacob was born in Season 40, fathering Endicott in Season 69 at the unusually old age of nearly thirty years. Endicott would state in later life that he "barely knew" his father and the two had no significant relationship.
Jacob served primarily in city administrative roles dealing with personnel and payroll. He also served in the civilian maritime force known as the Federation Navy for three and a half years between Season 69 and 72. He died shortly thereafter in Season 75.
